I’m so glad it worked out for you, Liz. I believe you’re never too old for change. I’ve just called time on a twenty eight year career in education and fifteen years as an advisory teacher for children with SEN. I’m 58. I have no idea what I’m going to do next, but I’m open to change and opportunity so let’s see what happens.
It’s such a brave thing to do. But I had to do it. I was working for an organisation that was toxic and making me unhappy. I stayed until the end of my probationary period and then left and it was one of the best things I ever did.
I’m so sorry you had to go through that, especially after so many happy years at EA. Well done for taking action. That’s a gutsy thing to do. I’m pleased it all worked out. Xx

Thanks Lesley. I love that attitude. Exciting times ahead for you. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter. Xx
That’s brilliant, Liz, realising what you wanted and sticking to a plan. So glad you found a job that was the right fit.
Thanks Wendy! I still can’t believe it.
