He did the Great North Run last year. He's very annoying in that he trains for two weeks and then gets all his fitness back. Whereas with me, it's a slow, slow, slow process. Are you still walking? I remember you enjoying that.
I don't do the hill walking any more - doing Ben Nevis for Epilepsy Action killed that joy for me - but I like days - like today - where I can get my 10,000 steps in.
I'm so pleased that despite the pain et al you've rekindled your love of running, I remember how important it was. Does Chris still run?
